Who do you guys think the best Assistant manager in the game is?
I think Steve Clarke is very good for a big club,But at the moment i've got Steve Walsh for my Standard team, and we are on the same wavelength.
im being barcelona. and ive kept tito vilanova.
#56620 shaneo insaneo : im being barcelona. and ive kept tito vilanova.

Bruno Demichelis, Mauro Tassotti and the best Franco Baldini, strange they all seem to be Italian
Try Jair Ventura :)
At the start for any lower league team I bring in John Morling, quite young as it goes but very tactically clued up. Seem to be successful whatever club we're both at!
Valdir Joaquim de Moraes. By far the best Assistan manager. Too bad he retires at the end of the season :/
I like Jimmy Hampson for my Tranmere because both of his judging player ability/potential is 20 and he is also a good coach.
I normally use Jimmy Hampson as a scout.
Anyone tried not having an assistant?

Yeah I have actually, but then realised how much extra work was involved and when it came down to it so it's definitely best to have one
Tony Coton is free and one of the best assistant managers i've ever had!

Just picked him up on my Wigan save. Thanks
