Editor not showing anything but red

Anyone who knows what to do?
I cant click on "Teams" in the Editor. I downloaded it from Steam.

"Teams". Its red when i click it nothing comes up its blank.

have you loaded the database?:p
i guess you have and u cant do anything? try searching etc? nothing works?
