And It Starts

To My Fellow Fmers/Managers thanks for the support with my story’s I love hearing your comments and the way use help me out.

Hi I have decided to take over as Malaga boss and turn them into the best team in Spain and hopefully the world I want to bring in young stars and get them into the 1st team in 3 years so I guess this is a 3 year plan I also want champions league in my 1st season. I will be bringing in all new staff and young players Malaga has a great budget starting off so money will not be a problem hope use enjoy my story.

In terms of a formation I will be using 4.1.2.1.2 and 4.2.2.2 of the new season and I hope the players can learn to play like this. Young and old players will get a chance in the team to show me what they can do and after that I will decided if I want to keep them if they fit my system.

I will update after the pre-season and the transfers brought in and the new staff thank you.
Can you post the tactic and team instruction of the formation 4-2-2-2 pls?

Pre-Season & Transfers

Ok so in terms of staff here are the people I brought in and the reason why.

Assistant Manager: Elio Carravetta: A Brazilian assistant, who will be phenomenal once he has settled in, Carravetta's low adaptability is covered by some fantastic mental attributes and a well rounded technical profile. His discipline and level headed personality mean he could easily handle press conferences for you.

1st Team Coach: Bruno Demichelis: Demichelis is a former Chelsea coach and you can see why, he could easily be assistant manager, him and Carravetta are both well suited to both roles. Demichelis has experience on his side and can help in all areas of coaching, but also with the youth in your first team squad.

Fitness Coaches: Paulo Paixao: Paixao has been great on several FMs although at CSKA he cost quite a bit to poach both in fee and wages, now at Gremio however he doesn't, and while not a more rounded coach, he has better fitness attributes than before.

Youth Coaches: Eric Thiery: Possibly the weakest of the staff team, but the best youth coaches have already been promoted to full coach roles. Thiery has decent knowledge of North Africa which will aid scouting, while having well rounded if not spectacular coaching stats. Don't ask him to take charge of a youth team

Scout’s: Romeo Jozak : Jozak is the sole Eastern European scout in this staff team. He made the team last year and he is still as fantastic. As well as that, he has strong coaching attributes and at a stretch could definitely make an assistant manager for a slightly worse team. He has great knowledge too of Africa and Europe.

Scout’s: Eduardo Macia: One of the few free scouts who will actually sign for you, bizarrely. Macia is young and a former Arsenal scout, there seems to be a theme here. His slightly low adaptability should improve over time, although unless you set him to roam, that won't affect him once he's settled.

Ok here are the Players I have bought.

Alvaro 3.5 Million
Kara 1.1 Million
Iker Muniain 20 Million 18 Months
Carlos Fierro Free Joins 24/7/2012
Singh Harmeet 1.5 Million
Muhammed Demirci 2 Million Joins 3/1/2013
Seydou Dombia 30 Million 18 Months
Some great young talent and happy with the players I brought in.

Pre-Season Matches
Vs Nurnberg (Away) 3-1 (Win)
Vs Chelsea (Away) 2-1 (Win)
Vs Siena (Away) 4-2 (Win)
Vs Chievo (Away) 3-1 (Win)

A great pre-season winning all games and beating Chelsea away was a great game for the players hope we Can keep this up in the season.
