BREAKING NEWS: NEW LIVERPOOL MANAGER IS RICKY MORRISON

In his first press conference he boldly admits that this really is ‘a dream come true’ and he soon afterwards stated that ‘football is about winning’ and that’s exactly what he intends on doing as the Liverpool manager although he admits there is work to be done before the trophies come spilling in.
STAFF REVAMP

The first thing he did as the Liverpool manager was get rid of unwanted staff then bring in his own personal companions to help run the team. He then swiftly went on to thinking about tactics and transfers.

The club can also confirm that they had a bid received from Tottenham for Glen Johnson somewhere around £10 million but it was rejected.
POTENTIAL TRANSFERS

Recently, Ricky openly admitted that he is interested in signing Ibrahim Afellay of Barcelona and Sime Vrsaljko of Dinamo and that he also has a few others on his radar. He said that it would not be long until a formal bit is made for a player. He also revealed that the club will start of with testing out the regular
4-4-2 formation.
BREAKING NEWS

Liverpool F.C. can confirm that a bid for Ibrahim Afellay has been accepted and they will get down to negotiations right away hoping to seal the transfer as soon as possible. The manager believes that Ibrahim would be a very good player for the club.

(P.S. Any tips or recommendations would be highly appreciated)
How much do you have to spend and what positions do you need?
I only have 7.5 million and im looking for a new striker so if you know any cheap ones that are still quite good then that would be useful, thanks.
Well, if your looking to slightly murder your long term budget:
SC Internacional: Leandro Daminao: Good stats, and people say he's just as good as Cavani. about 20M.

Yaya sanogo: Have him in my wolves save.
4 Goals in 3 matches pretty much says it all, they also rate him 10/10 potential, a must get for a small price of 2.5M.

Thank you. I've also heard that Daminao is very good but he may be a bit much for now and I think ill have a good look at Sanogo because he was very good the last time I had him.
Also, Anthony Forde (I think his name is) From Wolves is a good choice, 9.5/10 stars and they value him at 1.4M, might be able to get him for about 3M as a midfielder right.

EDIT: also, Try Raul (You know who he plays for damnit!) 17 Finishing, 20 composure, what more could you ask for for a modest price of 2.5M? the wages would probably be about 85k/week though.
He doesn't look too bad but he would not be interested in joining it says.

Im going to look at Raul as well.
FIRST PRE-SEASON FRENDLY

Liverpool 2-0 Guimaraes

Nothing special, comfortable, well worked goals and a first win.

And also Ibrahim Afellay sadly rejected us in order to move to P-S-G. Had plans For him.

NEW SIGNINGS

Sime Vrsaljko = £1million

Yaya Sanogo = £3 million

Liverpool have confirmed the signings of Sime Vrsaljko and Yaya Sanogo for £1 million and £3 million respectively. Morrison thought they could do with a few young players and he believes these two boys could become world class players.

Liverpool have also expressed their interest in signing Nene from P-S-G.
Well done on getting those two. Managed to get Sanogo for Sheffield Wednesday once. How did you get Vrsaljko for £1m? I tried to get him for City and they demanded £5m for him. Also, I needed to loan him out to Belgium so he could get citizenship there, or he couldn't play here. Didn't that happen to you?
ROSICKY?

Could do with a person in his positions as a squad player for the coming season as my budget is very small Rosicky would be affordable (just) for my team. Not sure whether to go for him or not.

ANY OPINIONS?
He's 31 not worth it in the long term really. Go for someone younger.
