XML Parsing error CONSISTENTLY!

Hi guys,

I know this is a well known problem within Football Manager. God knows why they haven't fixed it. This is getting beyond a joke. Every game I create I get this everytime now. I have had to delete the settings everytime but that also kills all my gamesaves because it deletes manager profiles. Why am I getting it for every game? Is there any permanent solutions? Please do not just link me to the main XML Parsing post.

This is now beyond crazy!! I get an error when i double click the game to start. One when I load a game, then the game says it cannot be loaded. Another when I try to exit the game. PLEASE HELP!

Windows re-installation fixed this for me

no need to uninstall windows..
just find this folder (settings)XP:

My Computer
'Tools'
'Folder Options'.
The go to the 'View' tab and select 'Show hidden files and folders'

Windows Vista and Windows 7:
My Computer
'Organize'
'Folder and Search Options'.
Then go to the 'View' tab and select 'Show hidden files and folders'

add to unthick hide protecting operating system, then apply ... does to with 7 if u use it.

just deleted settting folder, and play your Fm... this should solved your problem. i've faced this damn problem so many times, so..this is the way to fix that.

after open your FM, u have to search manually your saved games file on your directory.
