Tactic for my Chelsea

Hi i'm with Chelsea in the summer before second season and after very stupid season which i lost premiership in the last match and defeat in CL in semi-final with most brutal way.I was played with Inter and the first match finished 2:2 in Meaca,but in the second leg i lead 1:0 and in the last 10 minutes they scored me three goals.Similarly in the season i lost points in 90 minute i think 7-8 times - I'm agonized, this is awful for club from this class in the manager,so can someone propose me good tactic for my players.This is the squad:

Ballack, Mikel, Lampard, Rosina, Joe Cole, Aaritalo, Kalou, Adrien

in the summer transfer window i probably will sign Silva,Rakitic and Agbonlahor.

Hows about that?

i don't know if i play with three defenders it will be succesful for me,because i want two AMC's - Ballack and Lampard(when they play together i'm super strong).But with this 3 DC maybe the danger will be bigger and who i will choose A.Cole - Alex - Terry.

have carvalhio cole doesn't play that well on dc

this is a tactic that would be good for that team exactly. but play around with and such to learn more.
