I am currently the Real Madrid manager and I have been offered the job at Tottenham, I don't know whether to take the job or not. Any advice?

Wow. Some questions can be answered by outsiders, that doesn't seem like one of them. Real Madrid is in some sense "top of the pile" for managerial jobs. Do you want to leave? Is your ambition a job in England over one in Spain? Have you been at Real too long? Are the Real objectives already achieved? Do you prefer a job with more "upside" (more room to advance the side from where it is now)? Certainly Spurs have less money, less reputation, not the same depth of top players...
Like mwichmann said it depends on a lot of factors. Personally i would leave if ive been there for a while and all my original goals have been completed.
I would take it if my goals at Madrid had been complete.

How long have you stayed at Real? If I've won everything that could be won(La Liga, Champions' League, Spanish Cup, Super Cup etc.), then I would leave for Spurs.
I think you should leave seen as your from the United Kingdom - bit like coming home!!
