The obvious choice has to be either Salvatore Bocchetti (Rubin Kazan) or Domenico Criscito (Zenit Saint Petersburg). Let's face it, Italian defenders are going to do well for Italian clubs, and I doubt either will be disappointed to join Italy from Russia... they might be expensive though...
