I have decide to take over as manager of Arsenal as I am focused on bringing up some great young prospects at one of the best youth clubs in the game.



I will be using a 4-5-1 and implementing this throughout all my sides (first team, reserves and U18s)

I plan to keep players over 28 for the first few years until I have a good youth system and then will stop. If you see the signings i have made I think the oldest players is 23. Thanks for the feedback.

when your print screening are you pasting them into NotePad mate? and Im a Gooner and like what your trying to do and find it admirable as I have also thought about doing the same thing haven't tried yet, should be a gd story, will be following this 1, good luck

What kind of trouble? Don't know how to or can't manage to upload?

I was using Imageshack until Shaneo Insaneo told me about Imgur.

It's nice and simple, there is no need to register and to load a screen dump it is a matter of copying the link it provides you into the forum post.

You need to press Alt-F9 to capture the screendump, and then find the directory within your computer
