Guys I just finished playing a game with York City, and was looking for a different challenge. I started a fresh game and wanted to begin as the coach of Wigan. I started the game as normal, and made sure that the "allow inital transfer budgets" box was ticked. However, when the game started, I have a budget of 4million, and when negotiating contracts with players I bid for, they are only allowing me to transfer the player in the next available window which is June 2012. Im not sure why this is. Any help on the subject would be appreciated.
