Help With My Playmaker !

First of all , i not good with FM , so i may need a little bit of help .
I'm playing Borussia Monchengladbach 4-5-1 , and my DLP is Kim Jung-Woo . The problem is that he doesn't make alot of passes , usually 20-50 while others usually make 100+ passes .

Put him as a Avanced Playmaker Support and team him up with a Ball winning Midfielder Support.Then Ball Winning Mid win's the ball and the Advanced Playmaker will be open for the pass,and then your Advanced Playmaker will be open to pass to your forward or winger's.

After seeing ur strategy I think u should play with a slower tempo.That will help ur player to play short passes more.And a deep lying play maker dictates the tempo of a game and creates the goal scoring chances,but he needs support from a box to box midfielder and a ball winning midfielder.
