All i know is that he received a call from his agent and the next day he gave his resignation letter. Joe has an immense coaching ability and has a knack of getting the best out of the players. Asked about the limited resources to spend he had this to say:
" It is frustrating not having much to spend but i'm sure we can perform with the talent we have. We might have to look into the free transfer market but nothing is certain."
