Resting Felipe Anderson

Started a new save with Furth in Germany division 2. I managed to loan Felipe Anderson from Santos. Upon arrival, I realised he is feeling jaded and is in dire need of rest. There seem to be nothing i can do. Rested him for a week on training buh still he remains jaded. What should I do???????????????

Near the top in a header, in between Team Policy and International Instructions is ' Allow Extended Leave '. Click this and you should see he needs some time off, give him what he needs and he should come back fresh as a daisy
