Not necessarily. If you have a forward who has great finishing, composure and a reasonable amount of oace they are going to score whatever the tactics.
Yaya Sanogo is the best young and cheap striker. If you are prepared to splash the cash get Edinson cavani who
is an absolute beast on FM 12.
