It might be entertaining to watch if someone simulates their game, and sees what happens.

This is my tactic considering my players available

I'm guessing a lot of people are having a problem with players not being able in a lot of positions. I would suggest holidaying through one season, so the AI balances everything out and also, it will make the game more realistic (IN FANTASIA!!!), starting in 2012.
