Ajax was founded in Amsterdam on March 18, 1900. With five national championships (1931, 1932, 1934, 1937, 1939), Ajax was the most successful Dutch team of the nineteen thirties. In 1955, professional football was finally permitted in the Netherlands. Ajax achieved their first Eredivisie championship in 1957 and again in 1960.The club is also particularly famous for its renowned youth program that has produced many Dutch talents over the years – Johan Cruijff, Edwin van der Sar, Dennis Bergkamp, national team top scorer Patrick Kluivert, and former national team coach Marco van Basten. Dutch national first-team players Ryan Babel, Wesley Sneijder, Rafael van der Vaart, Maarten Stekelenburg, Eljero Elia, André Ooijer, John Heitinga and Nigel de Jong had also came through the ranks at Ajax and all are now playing for top-flight clubs. Ajax also regularly supplies the Dutch national youth teams with local talent. First team regulars Siem de Jong, Urby Emanuelson and Gregory van der Wiel are former youth internationals who made the successful step up to the senior side
Ajax have named a virtually unknown 30 year old manager. Osama Alsaadi has been apointed to return the club to its glory days. Hes first mission is to keep hold of two key wonderkids in christian eriksen and gregory van der wiel.

Transfer budget: 9.5 million
Board Expectations: Win Eredivisie
Key Player: Van Der Wiel
Should be a good season there if you can keep hold of those 2
Great start to the season. Nice crisp passing moved the ball well, created chances, and clinical finishing couldnt of asked for a better start to the season-

Fixture 1: Ajax 7-1 VVV Venlo
Man of the match: Sulejmani
8 players selected in team of the week including Anita, Vertonghen, Alderweireld, Aissati, Janssen, Sulejmani,El Hamdaoui
2 wins in a row, looking like a bright season ahead.
Fixture 2: RKC Waalwijk 0-4 Ajax
Man of the match: El Hamdaoui
4 players selected in team of the week including El Hamdaoui, Vertonghen, Van Der Wiel, Eriksen
Ajax made to rue missed chances.Eriksen could of contributed to the game more, missing numerous chances and hitting the woodwork once. Overall team peformance was average but my team hit the woodwork 4 times.
Fixture 3: Ajax 1-1 Heerenveen
Man of the match: Enoh (ajax)

Solid peformance from our team against our biggest rivals. Eriksen on the scoresheet with the only and winnig goal.
Feynrood 0-1 Ajax

two players were selected in the team of the week including Eriksen and Van der Weil
Ajax transfer window round up:
