I have problems with cards with my Valencia team , in every game i get at least 3 yellow cards and 1 red card at 3-4 matches. i play 4-2-3-1 with only one bwm and the tackling is set to default. what can i do?

you could change it to more cautious or whatever it is, that might help
Your formation has nothing to do with how many cards u get . Don't set tackling to aggressive .. and it always depends on your player attributes aswwll
i noticed that in La Liga are given too much cards , for example Barca - Getafe , Barca 3 cards , Getafe

Yes change the player instructions of tackling and if players keep fouling then fine them or sell them and get better players who can play fair.
Make your players stand on there feet in the instructions. I always fine that works when managing in La Liga
