Deleting 16 derbies for the regional, adding them for places

Reputation will be set by me: first 5 teams will get 2250, 5 teams after it 1900, last 5 teams will get 1600 rep, Last team will be mine with 1500 rep.
Instead of getting 80 points, everyteam will start with 70 to make their teams.

for the youth:

A sugardaddy (securing): 10 points
A sugardaddy (background): 25 points
A sugardaddy (foreground): 40 points
Superregens (get 5 players from 16 year, CA:70, PA: 170): 30 points
Sponsorfun (high sponsormoney): 25 points
Feeder (get 1 feederclub): 10 points per club, the club will be from an eastern europe country, and you need to say a loaner, or first option.
Parentclub: you will get a parentclub from the 1st div, assigned by random.org, but not a rival. (15 pt)
Crippled: You start in 30M debt to bank, but will get 10 points extra to spend.
Low Stadium: you start with 10k seating, but gets 10 points extra to spend.
Furthermore, the last thing you have, is that you can start with extra points for making your team. This will be done by lowering your points at the start of the league. you can say how many points you start in minus the league with, and how many years. This will have a maximum of 33 points, and a max of 3 seasons. How you put it for me: Lowering: 33/3.
