Hi Guys,

Firstly, a brief explanation on what I plan to provide within this Story, I am going to be taking religation candidates and mid table layabouts and be taking them on to as league and european , rendering them 'Kings of Europe' I'll be selection teams from the , Liga BBVA and Serie A.

Season 1

Club: Stoke City
T/budget: 6.99m
W/budget: 665k P/w (currently 550k P/w)

Within days of being appointed as , I begin to dive into the transfer market removing deadwood and bringing in great talent and hopeful future excellence for Stoke.

Transfers:

I immediately get rid of Andy Wilkinson for 2m, Leaving me with a healthy 8.7m to with and my first signing is belgian centre-back Toby Alderweireld for just 3.8m, I've signed him to provide supports and a solid partner to Ryan Shawcross at the heart of my . With the bolstered , I begin to think about attack I bring in an exciting young talent in the form of Granit Xhaka for just 3.8m and a nice attackive flair in Bressan for just 1m. I think both of these will provide numerous assists and great to my wingers with their outstanding passing, and playmaking ability. In an attempt to raise a little more cash i quickly sell Ryan Shotton for just 550k and claim a minimal loan fee of 140k for Rory Delap. However with just a small amount of money I spend wisely and bring in an vibrant young starlet named Zezinho on a free and Andile Jali for just 200k to sit in front of my central defenders and be a tough tackling anchor man, providing extra strength at the back against opposition attacks. Nearing the end of the transfer window I sold Kenwyne Jones for just 3m, as I dont see Jones as a player with any real talent and class to help me in the future, So i'll be looking to Peter Crouch to spearhead my attacks this with Jon Walters providing suitable back-up.

Here are some player profiles on a few of the incoming talents.

Bressan:

Granit Xhaka:

Zezinho:

With the new signings, welcomed and now beocoming accustomed to the club, I set about finding a formation to set up around and for the new and old in the club, I set a 4-1-2-2-1 as my preffered formation and a 4-4-1-1 and a 4-4-2 as back-up to that tactic in case it backfires for the worst.

Formation:

As I progressed into mid october in the i found myself lying 7th in the league with 3 in hand due to Europa qualifiers, and being unable to keep up with Prem fixtures, A 0-0 draw with 10-men at Aston Villa and a 1-0 loss to Fulham due to a 81st minute penalty are the only downpoints going into my so far, However a 8-0 over QPR with Crouch scoring 6 Goals a 6-1 victory over Sunderland with Crouch grabbing a Hat-trick and finally a 2-1 victory over , Left my in good spirits and high hopes of gaining a European space for the next .

Fixtures:

Thankyou guys, Leave feedback, New to this.. First ever story, constructive criticism welcome, I'll keep you updated as my career and challenge progresses! :)

Coming in to January I found myself in 6th place with a couple in hand over who were 1 place above me by 2 points, An amazing start in the view of the board who are expecting a mid-table finish, I also found myself in the Final of the Cup. Also I was in the 1st KO Round of the Europa and still waiting for my first appearance within the F.A Cup.

January Table:

Not much interaction with the transfers incoming in Jan, the arrival of Zeki Fryers, stregthened my choices at left back, and gave a bright light for a quality future left back. However the club saw Mamady Sidibe leave for just 500k, Glenn Whelan for 2.4M and Ricardo Fuller on a free leave, as they were basically deadwood within the and unable to break into my first-team plans.
Player Transfers

Although, With staff the arrival of a few scouts; James Richards, Barry Whitbread and Stewart Houston gave me more choices for a wider scouting network, Vladimir Jesus a continentally-known arrived to give a Brazilian flair to the training work and squad outlook, and the introduction of Brian Eastick, gave years of experience and knowlege of work in the Premier Division and on an International stage.
With the incomings there were outgoings, with Earl Barret, Dave Kevan, Alan Durban, and Gerry Francis all leaving the club by mutual consent.
Staff Transfers:
