Pep Talk Question

I'm currently in the third season of the first save I ever did. I suppose that when I started the save (its been awhile) I chose some sort of option for my assistant to give my team pep talk -- I have no ability to choose what to say.

Is there any way to change this from auto to manual? I've looked but I can't really find anything.

I'm tired of Joe Jordan saying "Give the fans their money's worth!" every time!
