Its September 2014, many new talents have come up through the ranks at their clubs, but only some make the England teams, with the likes of Lampard, Gerrard, and big names pretty much out of the picture, the England Senior Squad relies on it's youth, coming through the U19, U20, and U21 squads. Stuart Pearce still stays on as the Senior Squad manager, Sunday League Footballer Josh Sleightholm is the U21 manager, he was recently dropped from Senior Squad management even though he won the Euro's with England, and didn't do so bad in the World Cup or Confederation Cup. Steve Wigley is the manager of the U20's and Gary Mills, ex-York City manager is in management of the U19's.

N.B I will do Friendlies grouped together and lay them out this way, it is much easier and they aren't the most important of matches, but any other I will do singularly.

Review:
Expected this, there shouldn't of been any excuses for losses as we were the bigger teams in both matches, and by the look of the scorelines, the U21's showed that.

Review:
Brilliant performances for the whole team, had chance to see different players in different positions and how they performed, and I now have an ideal squad to confirm for the Euro's with there being no injuries. With all wins in the friendlies the team confidence is a lot higher and making them more confident and relaxed going into the first group stage match against Belgium, can we carry the form through to the first game, we will see. But here are the results...

U21 Euro Semi-Final draw

As Manager Josh Sleightholm, Assistant Manager Mike Phelan and Coach Paul McGuinness, sat down and wait for the news to hear who they will play in the Semi-Finals, tension grew more and more, all three hoped that they would draw the other qualifier in their group, Turkey, as that was seen as an easy option, but at last they heard that that they had drawn France.

Immediately Mike Phelan informed the whole team, and then coach Paul McGuinness started to make up the training schedules in order to beat France and expose their weak spots and hit them there, whilst manager Josh Sleightholm sat still head in hands trying to think of the best way he could organize the team, and who the ideal team would be...
