I am managing Fulham also. I couldn't find any cheap DLP so instead i bought bertolacci who is a CM- attack and in my 2nd season i bought andrea Poli (adv play) both of them cost me 5M. that should solve your CM problems.

Yea as soon as Poli is finished with Inter sign him. Why do you want a DLP ? i remember i needed a striker much more than a cm. try looking for Capoue ( i think he will go for 12M) he's an anchor man
