Tottenham: To Much To Ask?

BEGINNINGS

I am using LFC Marshall's Summer Update and I am going to try and make a title-winning side. I will build for the future as well as trying to win the title. I don't expect to win the title first season but over the next few seasons I have certain expectations. Here the are:

Win in 3 seasons
Qualify for Champion's League in 1 season
Win a cup in 2/3 seasons

So those are my expectations. I have also made a rule that I will not sign anyone like Fierro, Niang or Sanogo.
