What attribute decides weather a player is likely to start bitchin about lack of first team football? Is there a way to modify so that that funktion is removed from the game completely? Because...I basically Hate it.

usually there are different things that makes a player unhappy and bitch and such.
Usually: Pressure and adaptibility can make a player easily unhappy.
professionalism: makes a player cocky(kaxig)/bitchy.
sportmanship can have a slight affect on both of them considering the situation.
but highering the stats of professionalism and pressure should take all his cockiness away =P.
