Player needs work permit

I bought Mcdonald Mariga for my fulham team but then it says that the player needs a work permit. WTH am i supposed to do now? does this mean i have to loan him for 3 years until he gains citizenship ? He didnt tell me that in the freakin scout report !!

Yes, you may have to loan him to some club, possibly a feeder club. But you can get him before 3 years by offering him contracts every month.Might get him a WP.

Im just going to sell him for a couple of millions less than what i paid for him. i'll minimize my losses that way
