I have just started a new save with West Brom and I'm in need of a right back. I am selling Stephen Reid because I am looking for a future star and the current right back is a poor quality player West Brom brought in from Preston. Would like a player under 23 with bags of potential for no more than £3 million.
Also I need a defensive midfielder to replace Paul Scharner who I sold to Napoli. I have around £3.5 million to spend on another young talent with bags of potential, I was looking at Frimpong and McDonald Mariga.
Sime Vrsaljko is a good right back. not sure on DM's I'm afraid

If you are looking for a player who won't play immediately, you should go for Romario from Vitoria (Brazilian club). You might want to go for a Rafael loan for the first season, if you want someone for immediate effect.
As for DMs, you will find loads of players - Daniel Kofi Agyei (never tried him), George Thorne (younger, but will bost you more) are two players that might not catch your eye immediately, but have a lot at them.
I have tried out George Thorne seeming he is already at my club and he is a fantastic player, i also bought Daniel Kofi Agyei in on loan with a view to a permanent deal and he is amazing aswell so i now how competition in that place. I brought in Sime Vrsaljko at right back and as i said above he is a great player. Thanks for the advice
Milan Badelj, good midfielder, can convert to def mid, and I agree with vrsaljko tbf best young rb on the game imo

couldnt buy Milan Badelj because he moved to Malaga just before i was about to buy him so i scrapped enough money together to get Rasmus Elm and he is amazing.
try and get kara for cdm he can play cb and cm as well

he moved to Lille i got Rasmus Elm and Mohamed Diame instead, may get Kara next season looks amazing

On my game Lassana Diarra was put up for sale by Real Madrid for 6.5 million, he can play RB and DM well, so if you can stretch the budget then he's a brilliant player.
