Player doesn't want to be at the club, But no other clubs want him.

I am currently doing a save as Swansea City, I signed a few players to replace some others, In which one of those to be replaced was Leroy Lita, He has been constantly arguing with me, And has missed training twice. He doesn't want to be at the club, But no other clubs are interested, I have even put an asking price of 300k and still no offers. But I feel he's to expensive to release, I feel i could maybe make a little profit right?

But I'm kind of stuck. What to do?
