Problem in FM 12

Hello.I have a problem.In game I have an mail with title :"<<user/adscaddad>> ended his report about Romanian first division"(this is the example of the title because I dont remember it exactly).If i click om mail to read it it crashes.Tried even to go to holiday,didnt work.please help me!here is a photo:

Could be about Crash Dumps, go into you Football Manager documents and look for the folder Crash Dumps and delete it, im not completely work though

I deleted but it didnt work !

You will have to start a new game i think, im pretty sure there is a forum about it on the sports interactive website
