Breaking up possession

As the title says, im swansea and having an OK'ish season i just find it really hard to break up a teams passing, ive tried 2 cdm's but this doesnt really work. i find myself pegged back in my box.....can any of you guru's help ?

It is not really about cdm's. in the tactics screen you can instruct your players to press more. try it against weaker teams that should do it
