Transfers
I told the board that I was expecting to be challenging for the title this season, not 100% sure how that will work out given the quality of Barcelona and , but i'm expecting to finish 3rd so im hoping they'll let me off if my a few points off the top.
After adjusting the wage/transfer budget proportions I had a budget of £8 million.
Nene - £3million
He's a good winger with decent pace, and great technical stats, I can see him being a key player for my first in charge.
Sime Vrsaljko - £2.5 million
I know hes a rather obvious signing and most people buy him at the start of the but that doesn't change the fact hes already a top right back at the age of 19, and has the potential to be one of the best defenders in the .
Lucas Andersen - £800k
Again a player that quite a few people sign, buts hes 16 and already has good stats. He could turn out to be a class attacking . I'm not sure if il loan him out or keep him playing a few games with the first team (and lots of reserve games) just yet.
Joapuin - £3 million
Hes getting on a bit but can still do a good job down the right hand side again I can see him being an important player this .
Mario Balotelli (loan) - free (10% wages)
I brought him in as a back up to Falcao, and since hes only on loan I can just send him back to city if he starts to cause problems.
I let the assistant take control as pre-season, we every game by at least 5 ( I just picked the worse teams I could, as I just few pre season as a fitness and moral boosting exercise)
