We work with Nexway to be able to sell Football Manager digital edition from our website. Nexway is not presented on Sports Interactive's partner page because they are not a direct vendor to end users, but a B2B2C distributor instead. If they added FM Scout store there, it wouldn't be fair to other fansites.

That doesn't seem right if you are from the UK unless you submitted a cancellation request. Normally only purchases from countries with unlocking issue get cancelled and refunded automatically. Could you please PM me your order number to check with our customer service people?
