i have recently started a new career being the Brazil manager and just kept busy with them until a few jobs came up, i eventually got hired in the argentinian league as the manager of Independiente, whilst with them i won the Copa Sudamericana and the premier division, i then left them and joined San lorenzo their fierce rivals (didnt know that when applying haha) i am currently top of the league and not lookin like losing it tbh... but im getting bored of argentina but most jobs are laughing of my interest.. wat do u think i need to do to get a championship job or european job for that matter ?

any suggestions would be very welcome :)
I would suggest going for either the French or the Dutch league, since they have a low reputation, but good enough players to keep you interested in the game. If they aren't interested, go for a low division in this league or somewhere in Portugal (even lower reputation wise). Once you do something substantial in those leagues, England and Spain won't laugh you off.
What I would suggest is going into the team stature page (don't remember where you can find it), and seeing which teams laughed you off..and applying for teams that are below them.

Hope I helped.

That is awesome, Mark! I hope you buy FM13 and help build up the Manager Stories forum - a story from South America to Europe would be awesome to read.
