Total football with an unlikely source

This is going to be an ongoing challenge for me as I never stick to one game. I have never been Stoke and im far from there biggest fan.

I am going to attempt to get them playing what we have come to know as 'total football'. I fear this may require big changes at the club and as far as I am aware they dont have much cash to spend.

If you have any input of players to sign. Preferably cheap or free I would appreciate it.

What update are you using? The new 2012 update with Hazard, RVP and Podolski in the BPL or the original one?

12.2 so the latest original one. I have found my fast problem. Numbers in my team. Simply not enough. I havent a left back at all and yet there is a decentish one out on loan but cant recall.

Any ideas on a left back?

And I need a AMR + AML?

For your left-back issue, I almost always go for Lucas Digne. Very cheap (1.5 Million) and is good enough to take over from Patrice Evra (United) in the 2nd season itself. Not even greedy enough to ask for constant contract pay-rise.
For AMR - check out Lazar Markovic or Issam Jebali or Darko Lazovic. (These might be available only with a large database, I think).
AML - Lucas Ocampos - Started regularly in my Swansea save in the 2nd season.

I am using large but he isnt on there. Found some of the others. Markovic looks a real prospect!!!

Then a freebie versatile cover in Steed.

Just sold Rory Delap to Bristol City for 600k which im pleased about as he doesnt fit in with my total football and he was on 20k a week. Any recommended signings folks. Any position apart from GK,CB,ST as loads of cover already. I have 5mil to spend.

First league game of the season was pretty epic! Chelsea at home, I was dreading it. What a horrible way to start the season. But....

What a result! If that had been real life, the britannia would have been rocking.

I now have training facilities and youth facilities upgrade in progress
