I Cant Win.... Please help

Hello people, the other day i went out my way to buy FM12, and ive been playing it allday everyday but everytime i play i cant win...

ive tryed every tactic there but my players just dont wanna win.
i dont shout i treat them with reaspect there allways in a good mood but still i cant win


i allways start off with newcastle i boght big name in aswel but still I CANT WIN!

its really annoying to be honest.

can someone help me and give me alittle bit of advice??

with tactic training ect....

it is optimal worked perfectly on my team

Goals Galore is rubbish
Tactickzz' grid tactic formation worked a whole lot better for me then Goals galore, really reliable
