When downloading a tactic, how do you apply it to your team?

When Downloading a tactic, how do you apply it to you're team?

and what does plug and play mean?

does the game have to be on defult to work? or can you have the 12.0.0 update ect?

first step: put your new downloaded tactic to this folder "my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2012/tactics/"

second step: in the game go to tactics overview - option - manage tactics - import - then choose tactic you want from folder in first step

no the game doesn't have to be on default or updated to make it work
