Getting on the Board

Hi,

I am a pretty experienced FM player, and throughout my years playing there has been the rumour that - should you do well enough - a club would offer you a place on the board. First question is - is there any truth in that? And second is how exactly do I go about doing it?

I'm approx 10 years in with a team, in which time I promoted them twice, and have since won every piece of silverware possible multiple times. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO!?

Any help in settling this long standing query would be greatly appreciated.
