Looking for 3 very similar teams

Hej,

I wanted to play a game together with 2 friends where we ideally each take control of a team with roughly the same level of transfer/loan money available as well as team worth. This would preferably be in a highest league of a country.
Does anyone have a suggestion of a league and teams where we could find 3 teams like this ?

We tried playing Arsenal/Liverpool/Tottenham but in this case Arsenal has a huge advantage over the two others.
