well, isnt it pathetic:

Man united had a game on sunday evening. and then played 48 hours later against Porto.

now which team played 2 games in 48 hours? especially with FA knowing of this fixture for a while and could EASILY have moved it to saturday(the game against villa ofcourse).

very tired legs out there yesterday, but a good match i suppose.

Yeah we still survived and could have been a bit more solid, Porto are beatable but we need ferd back to be confident at the back again, I told you that he is the same as Vidic but I think Man Utd need to get Gary Nevile in RB and not John O Shea

i hope your not slating oshea, because he has been one of the best players this season. has only a few times put his foot wrong. but has been solid as a rock otherwise. its just that if oshea makes a little mistake. people tend to see it more than if some other player makes it. but oshea has been top for us this season.

the thing we really miss is brown who could come in at the back and do a good job. we have missed him and the energy of hargreaves.

plus having 2 games in 48 hours doesnt really help the situation. if any other club had to play 2 games in 48 hours at this stage of the season, they would also struggle.

ohh i hope we get a really good rb in the summer! neville needs to retire quickly.
and o'shea has been really good this season, he never plays bad, but hardly plays great, just consistant.

reminds me of the great denis irwin! mr consistent.

All I am saying is that O'Shea is best at a central role. I think Nevile is a quality player at RB, how does nevile need to retire quickly! he hasn't played CB in 5 years then he is asked to straight after his injury that he was out for 6 months.

i mean neville still has the quality of running up and down that right wing and putting in some good crosses, also he combines well with for an example ronaldo.

O'shea tbh can play anywhere he is better than neville as for the central role. but o'shea is better on the wing never the less. he has spent most of his career on the wings thats the thing.

John O'shea is a legend i think i've seen him play in every position and he nutmegged Luis Figo in the champions league a couple of year back :yes

Came back from a goal down to win 3-1 in a game where Liverpool played well, Chelsea just turned it around well. But when all is said and done, going by tonights form I'm very scared of facing Barcelona in the next round so maybe losing to Chelski isnt so bad...

First 0-2 then chelsea came back to 3-2 then Liverpool to 4-3 then 4-4! Great game to watch. Barca Bayern was 1-1.
