Defensive issues?

I've played FM13 for 1,5 season now, and have got some time to tweak the tactics. I always end up with the same problem though, defence letting in easy goals due to very bad marking. I've seen them both letting players just run past them and stop following a run they had under control

After studying my goal-statistics for the past 50 games I noticed that my ratio on goals scored/goals conceded was about 1:1 in every time period, except the 61-75th minute zone. In that period i've let in more than twice the goals I've scored. Before anybody calls "substitute!", I'm already doing that. Team talk is also being done, and players generally respond with motivation. Anyone got these same issues in a certain period of the game? And how could this be fixed?

Unfortunately we will have to wait until SI releases a patch. This glitch is ruining all my saves. Goalkeepers are also shit, I'm afraid.

I've managed to get my defence to stop conceding so much by setting marth preparation training to defensive positioning. It hasn't affected my goals scored, and it's made the defence a lot less leaky, so it might be worth trying that if you haven't already. Hopefully they'll fix it before the release though!
