Paid but no activation code

Hi guys

I ordered FM13 two days ago, in order to get access to the beta version.
Although I've gone through all steps, including payment, I haven't got any confirmation mail, nor an email with an activation code or download link for the beta version.

Anyone having the same problems?
Please help me out.

Its probably just delaying problems on their end, just hold tight and the code will most likely find you.

Hi everyone,
i ordered fm 2014 an hour ago, they send me a confirmation email having only invoice details, but there is no activation code. is it normal? are they sending activation code seperately? can you help please?
