FM 2013 beta version ONLY in RUSSIAN :((((

I have pre-purchased FM 2013 via Steam. Currently I am residing in Moldova and I have checked the appropriate box. When I downloaded the beta version, it was ONLY in RUSSIAN. But I don't know Russian :(((((((
So, does anybody know, will the full version in my case also be in RUSSIAN?
What should I do, I need help!!!

Can't you just change the default language in the game to english or whatever!?
