In what is a Surprising News to Brighton Fans Gus Poyet has stepped down as manager of the club saying in a sort statement that he felt he has done all we can with the club and now he feels its time for a new man to come in and take the rains at the club and push them forward Youth manager Jason Kavanagh has been giving an internship at the club and will do a season with them as there interim manager role at the club.

I hope i can lead the club into the Primership and take us forward as one club one family and push to bigger and better things i am really great full for the chance that i have been giving and i promise i will give everything to this club.

So Before i get started i have just sorted out the tactics for the year i will be using 3 different tactics over the course of the year and i hope that this will show teams in the league that we are not to be messed with.
