Just wanted to know if everyone had the leaky defence issue? Players not marking, tackling or even in their positions. It's really annoying and I've tried match preparation too. It's not the quality of defence either, it happens with Chelsea too.

Having that problem with Chelsea, in preason against the Chinese teams that I usually beat three to five nil, are finishing 1-1, 2-2 not defending properly but mostly a big gap between midfield and attack although playing 4-2-3-1!
It is a known issue, and SI are working on it. In fact, the new updated beta version has less of these issues.
Still lots of issues that will probably be all patched over by full release, hopefully. It ruins the game when your team just doesn't defend.
nah my team defend as good as they should be. Maybe its down to your tactics and players. You can now score and concede more realistic goals from crosses and corners and the defenders appear to defend more like in a real game to me.
I had a problem to begin with, but then started adjusting the match preparation between games, adjusting for either defending against set pieces, or attacking movement based upon the opposition.
Seems to have helped a bit, plus the patch seems to have helped out too.
I am hoping that the full version has none of these issues

The defending problem is still present. Even after the latest patch. And some other things trouble me too. Like the most skilled players with the likes of Ryan Giggs for example. Not going after free ball, even though the ball is not far from them and no one is around. Same thing happens with Vincent Kompany, Nemanja Vidic, Carlos Tevez etc. Happens to anyone too??
I have problems with the defense in every way, the team did not make, and has leaked a lot of goals, especially in aerial moves, ball stop is a danger
And also, shooting from absolutely nonsense positions. Basically everybody. I don't get it.
