This is a manager story starting at everton with the object of bringing the club they have arguably deserved.

David Moyes resigns!

after an impressive decade at the club David Moyes has chosen to step down citing 14 years of continuous management under testing conditions he feels he needed a rest to rediscover his love of the game and leaves proud about his achievements but wistful about what could of been.

in a press conference the Chairman Had this to say.
Bill Kenwright:
first things first the club is greatly indebted to David and wish him look with his future enterprises. The club now needs to search for a replacement with the aim of continuing davids superb legacy, a decision the club will take with great care looking towards increased success on and off the field being the clubs main objective.

Unknown manager appointed to Everton post!

New Manager J Pearson has stepped up to the storied position of Everton Manager and has stated he hopes to being Champions League football to the Goodison faithful. He also stipulated he hoped to strengthen midfield and was looking towards youth to propel Everton to the hallowed land.
Transfers-summer

Limited Budget being available i had to keep it cheap as i am of the opinion that if i sold fellaini or baines then my prospects of champions league football would be ruined.

Outgoings

Jan Mucha 1.3 million
Ross Barkley loan
Shane Duffy Loan

Incomings

Anderson Loan future fee agreed 4.2 paying 50% of his wages with no loan fee
Ruben Jenssen 1.7Million
Oskar Hiljemark 1.3Million
Michael Ratajczak free

i struggled to offload many of the players that didn't fit into my plans but perhaps i'll have better luck in January.

My Attempt to bring in alan dzagoev was regrettably unsuccessful opting to stay in russia for 33k/week rather than my 40k/week offer a little silly to my mind.

Tactics

My tactics are 4-3-2-1 with a flat three across the middle two wingers on support duty and a lone striker set to complete forward attack duty
and 4-2-3-1

all set too control, fluid, short passing, zonal marking, pressing
In Moyes we trust? nah... In Pearson we trust ;)
