My Gateshead Save so far

Now, I would love to have done a story on my Gateshead save however I just simply do not have enough time to do so. So I thought it would be good to ley you know how I am getting on.

Due to Gateshead' Connection with Newcastle United, I have fully taken advantage of it and all but one of my loan signings have been from our north east neighbours:

Jon Shaw - 23 goals in 21 appearances in all competitions. Average Rating 8.01.

In Summary

I am really enjoying this save - I would really recommend you to try out the conference - its such a great league. I think it is fair to say I am doing a decent job given we were predicted 12th in the league.

Are you playing to continue with this save with FM12, or buy FM13 and start afresh?

Looks a solid enough start, and you did get some classy loan signings, but have you now used your loan quota would still half a season to go. Argably the hardest part of the run into May is to keep the players motivated and on the park with their stamina reserves intact.

Cheers mate - I am starting to hit a a bit of a bump in the league now actually - thankfully ive got a 9 point cushion at the top though. Hope fully the board will provide some decent funds in January.

I will continue with this save until the end of the season. If I dont get promoted then Ill start afresh with FM13 when it arrives.

I would seriously recommend trying out Gateshead guys - its really fun.

I plan to do a season summary for all my seasons up to the 2015/16 season. I am now in the Championship!!!!!! Having won the BsqBet, League 2 and finishing 2nd in League 1 all in back to back seasons. I am in my 2nd season in the Championship and sit in 12th place having finished 18th last season.
