Hey all. dont post often so sorry for placing in wrong area.

As title states, theres been a issue iv always had and wished an option was given to us in ever fm.

That is the option to sack your player!
I knwo some will say its silly and you can just release them.

But look at this way.... player x wants to player but isnt good enough so hes starts not coming to training (you fine him) he then destrupts the teams harmony!

You go to release but you would need to pay lets say 400k for this to happen?
in my mind im saying (WHAAAAT! why should i pay to let a player who clearly is breaching his playing contract?) i employ him after all to play for the club which means he should be professional and train no matter what.

Wish i could sack player x which in game would tarnish his reputation therefore making players want to train etc etc

What do you all think?

I understand if you disagree.
:)
Although this idea would make the game a little more easy and allow you to shape your squad without the players that let their egos get in the way, but FM is trying to make the game more realistic. The best example is that of Carlos Tevez. He disrupted squad harmony and refused to show up for training, but Mancini couldn't release or sack him..even though he said, "Tevez will never play for me again".
something ive always wanted in the fm games is to b able to talk to other managers, ask them about signing maybe tactics they played against some team and picked up points

just wonder why some managers like you and others dont, doesnt really do anything in the game them liking you and not liking you.... doesnt really help when you are signing players even the ones that like you still ask for silly money.....

maybe hope to see sometime

I'm pretty sure Mancini could have sacked him, but they would've lost a 40M+ asset and that's why they didn't. They preferred to keep a hold of him and either sell him for a fortune or try to salvage the situation. The latter turned out to be the solution. Had it been Wayne Bridge or Alex Nimely (random squadname) they probably would have just laid him off

If we're talking about a 300k player who is just a nuisance, then we SHOULD have the right to terminate the contract without severance. It's only happened to me once and I didn't terminate contract due to the high severance due. The player in question kept on missing training sessions and I couldn't do anything about it. I tried not fining him, he missed again. I fined him, teammates think i mistreated him... silly really.
