I know, i have read already that it wont be natively supported.
But i am wondering, if the WineBottler way, will work . . .
Have anyone tried it?
Thank you . . .
In a word, no. It would only ever work with WineBottler before. Unfortunately due to changes SI made to the savegame format (probably due to the new cash shop), FMGS can't load savegame files like it used to. Instead it has to load the game data (while the game is running) directly from RAM. Since the method to do low-level things like this is different on every operating system family, even running Genie Scout 13 through Winebottler won't make the memory access work.
All need not be lost though - there were previously direct-memory scouting apps for Mac (FM12SX I think used this method), so it's possible that the developers of those will be available to release FM13 versions at some point.
You should try MacAssistant RT for FM13
Hi Genie,
MacAssistant RT is same as Genie Scout? I used to have Genie Scout on my Mac and I used this tool a lot. Now, I plan to buy FM13 but I want to be sure there's a good scoot tool to use with it before.
