Work permit help!!

Hi guys, I am new to these forums so sorry if this is in the wrong topic. I am spurs in the year 2017 and Nastasic is a free agent after being released by City and I keep trying to sign him but his work permit keeps getting turned down. The annoying thing is he has played in England since 2012 and has had 5 caps for his country. How do I sort this out? Thanks

Since he's been in England since 2012, he should be able to apply for nationality, so it might be worth signing him anyway, though it'll take a few weeks for the application to go through. Other than that I don't think there's anything you can do, sorry!
