As a manager with only sunday league experience selected ,how does one stop seeing under assistant feedback that ''certain players are unable to motivate themselves with you as manager''? .

Than second question ,sometimes during teamtalks like pre game or post game player morale changes relative to the team talk you give right.. ,why is it that sometimes there is no change ?if I am losing at halftime and I give a agressive teamtalk I expect players to be fired up and this is not the case ....why ?less the players are a bunch of gals....lol

I've just completed 1 season only with Man United and I am having massive debts as well,is it @ all possible for a club like Manchester United to be profitable without selling players or using a editor ?I've won the league plus made it to champions league final and with all that prize money I am still in the red ...
1. Winning trophies or just beating expectations will raise your reputation.
2. Most team talks will not improve morale, this can be said both irl and in-game.
3. You don't neccessarily have to sell players, just cut down your wages. This should be easy with Rio, Evra and Vidic all ageing.

Playing as United, just make sure you don't spend too much on transfers, and keep within the wage budget, while winning a few trophies. The prize money does wonders. That'll keep you afloat long enough for the loans to be repaid, after which you'll be loaded.
