LM - Sterling

ST - Suarez
ST - Borini

What am i doing wrong i use tactics like
- Play Through Defense
- Shoot when in range

P.S: All my players condition is still like 96%
It could be that the players are becoming jaded, so it is possible that squad rotation would actually help you get some better results. I tend to start rotating after the second international break, because at that point the games start to come a lot faster, giving less time to recover.

The other possibility I can think of is that the opposition might be starting to become too familiar with your tactics, so changing them could have a positive effect. To make your team more flexible, this article will help!
I had this problem at Liverpool as well.
I found that changing formations based on the teams you are playing and rotating certain players helped (although not massively).
I managed to finish a lousy 9th in the prem and the only reason I didn't get sacked was because I pleaded with the board to give me more time, and I won the Europa League.

The tactics I used were a standard 4-4-2 against similar teams (Everton/Newcastle etc), an attacking 4-1-2-1-2 against weaker teams (Norwich/Reading etc) and a counter-attacking 5-3-2 against stronger teams (Man U/Man City/Spurs etc).
I also found, rather controversially that Downing and Henderson were very consistent and at the end of the season, my fans player of the year was Joe Allen???
I also found Reina very error prone, so a good substitute keeper could be worth lookin at in the January window. I also got Carlos Fierro on loan who played really well as a substitute.

Into the 2nd season, the players are perfoming a lot better with the formations I am using.

My advice is to stick with it and keep having team meetings to raise morale.
Personally I use a 4-2-3-1 whenever I am managing the Reds. I found that the squad was best suited to this.

Constant squad rotation is key! I always rotate at least two players every game which allows me to use the whole squad and some of the better reserves such as Suso, McLaughlin, etc.
